Meet Miss Rosie Owl

Miss Rosie Owl is the heart of The Forest Floor Art Room.

She is an imaginative art teacher who helps children explore creativity through nature, kindness, and curiosity. She believes art should feel like muddy boots and open skies: a little messy, a little brave, and always full of wonder.

Miss Rosie Loves

  • the smell of rain on eucalyptus

  • beetles that shimmer like oil paint

  • children who say, “I don’t know how,” and try anyway

Miss Rosie Believes

Miss Rosie’s Story

Long ago, Miss Rosie was an owl who flew too fast and tried to colour inside every line. One day she landed on the forest floor and noticed how:

  • leaves didn’t match

  • trees grew crooked

  • rivers changed their minds

She realised the Wild Wood was beautiful because it wasn’t perfect. From that day on, she decided to teach art the forest way.
